I would like to throw my hat into the ring. I am a consultant/utility
vendor. Could you restate what the duties of a board member are? This is
more for others that might be interested.

the number of Directors who are either end-users of or consultants with
respect to the MPE/iX Operating System, one-third (1/3) of the number of
Directors who are vendors with respect to the MPE/iX Operating System and
the remainder unrestricted"

        The remaining Board members are:

        * These seats are up for election this year.

Thanx,
        Jon

As I recall, when the original Board was created there was an effort to have
a number of constituencies represented. Is this still desired by the
remaining Board members? In which case, perhaps you could enlighten us on
the remaining Board members and their "constituencies" and the
"constituencies" of the resigned Board members?
