I agree. There are plenty of highly qualified HP3000 people available in North America. Employers: If you must outsource, which generally is cost-ineffective in the long run, please consider using "on-shore" companies. I for one am available to support HP3000 systems and applications on a mostly remote basis. I am much more efficient that an off-shore talent, and there is far less overhead.

was just outsourced from my job of over 20 years and it was to IBM in India.
The more we teach them the more jobs we will lose. Why do you think they
