Good point. Harkening back to the days of the transition from classic HP stack architecture to PA-RISC architecture I remember a few non-reproducible bugs and a lot of blood
sweat and tears spent on them. It would seem to me that if Cognos wants to collect licensing fees for their software run on an emulator then there must be some minimal level of
support provided. However, if no fees were collected or just a minimal fee then no support would be expected. Just my 0.02 cents.
