The one item that I am "worried" about is the ability of third-party h/w support providers
to "modify" HPSUSAN & HPCPUNAME.
Sinec HP isn't going to provide h/w support after 12/31/2006, if people are going to continue
to use the 3000, there has to be a way to get processor boards replaced. 

I know this was acknowledged at HPW, but until I see that ssconfig (or equivilant) will be 
available, I don't feel comfortable.
