Chuck,

        Because of a Non-disclosure agreement, I was not permitted to be more
specific then that.  The fact that HP decided to be more specific later was
their choice, right, and was greatly appreciated.  I refer to Tom's earlier
reply on all other points.

Actually he put the following in his initial post that started this thread:

Naturally, cheaper is better, but let's be realistic
in the discussion.  For example, is $500 for a new license and $200 for a
transfer acceptable?  What about $1000 (new) and $500 (transfer)?
