If you can pickup either of these servers as a 2nd server with little to no cost you can build a solution very affordably to strength your homesteading applications. As I have mentioned before, Quest Software has a Image/KSAM/MPE/MSG replication tool called NetBase Shadowing that many customers use in the industry for high-availability, system offloading of Cognos QUIZ reporting and disaster recovery. Many customers have mitigated the risks associated with natural disasters and other forms of self-induced disaster. This tool also provides for BridgeWare to snap-on and provide for real-time delta changes passed to data warehousing/data marts or migration to new platforms with Oracle, SQL or DB2 databases. This also reduces the exposure to migration downtime and lags in data warehouse/data mart population. We have many migration solutions available that can bolt-on to existing solutions or complement the ones you many have in play that are not delivering desired results.
 
If you are available today I would like to discuss other options open to you if you plan to homestead.
