Regarding point #2:  For almost everyone that is a license TRANSFER of MPE
not a NEW license for MPE.  You have a licensed copy of MPE now right?  So
why all this discussion regarding NEW licenses, royalties, etc?  HP could
easily allow any existing MPE license to be TRANSFERed to a box running any
emulator.  Why is this a cost issue for HP?
