Yep, happens to me also, using Netscape Navigator, Internet Explorer, or
Opera, so I use the usual workaround:
1) Put cursor in the middle of the mess that I can see
2) Type "Ctrl A" -- the whole screen highlights
3) Type "Ctrl C" -- copies all of it to the clipboard
4) Open my favorite word processor, WordPerfect
5) Type "Ctrl N" -- creates a new document
6) Type "Ctrl V" -- the text now appears, properly formatted
