Not that Jeff needs my assistance but let me add a voice to his. I too am
subject to Non-disclosure Agreements with HP in general and CSY in
particular. I will vouch that these NDA are not formalities. HP is very
strict about what information it wants to release and when, as is EMC, IBM
etc. If you disclose information covered under an NDA it can put a damper on
the whole business relationship. Since OpenMPE is hardly dealing with HP
from a position of strength the breaking of an NDA would be tantamount to
suicide.
