Hi all,

We've completed the external specs for the new VOLINFO CI function and
have available for your comments an early draft of the HELP text.  I've
placed this text on Jazz so that it is easier to read. I also add the
HELP text for SPOOLINFO on Jazz for the same reason.  Please see:

If anyone has problems accessing these two files please let me know. I
am happy to send clear text but there were alignment problems with
spoolinfo that are solved by using a web server.
