I am also very interested in any information on this. We are planning to go
from 6.0 PP2 to 7.0 sometime this fall. We are also using Oracle Transparent
Gateway.

Mr. Schwartzman: Could you please forward any relevant replies you receive
off-list to me?. I would very much appreciate hearing what you find out.

Also, anyone replying to this question off-list to this question, If you
feel it is appropriate could you please copy me on the message?

Note: Our Oracle application also has a limited life span. Though we hope to
go to MPE 7.0 before we are totally done with Oracle and the Gateway. So any
conversion to another tool may be very difficult to cost justify unless it
is both cheap and painless.

To all - Question
Is anyone running the Oracle Transparent Gateway on 7.0.  We are currently
running MPEiX version  6.5 PP2 on our production systems and are
contemplating upgrading up to 7.5.  Any advise would be greatly appreciated

Oracle stopped support of this product some time ago.  The last version
produced by Oracle is as follows: (PS we are running these versions)

The Oracle Listener - Version 2.3.2.1.0
The Gateway  -Version 4.0.1.0.0
