Any recommendations on how you setup a trusted HP-UX server so that root
logon can never be disabled ? 

(Our HP-UX server was originally set-up so that, no matter how many
times you mis-typed the root logon password, that logon was never
disabled - I understand the pros and cons of disabling this security
feature, but the server is inside our company fire wall etc).
