Actually it looks like the standard HP-UX POSIX shell (usr/bin/sh) (which is
based on the Korn Shell) is a ksh93 derived version as it appears to support
associative arrays, at least on the 11.11 system I tried it on. So I think
if you're using the default HP-UX shell, then you probably already are
running what you need. This version may be even more up to date than the
dtksh.
