Friend of this list, author, and UCLA Professor of Law Eugene Volokh has an
article on the editorial page of today's (Tuesday, March 26) Wall Street
Journal. Its title is "Big Brother Is Watching -- Be Grateful!"

It begins with Eugene telling that two weeks ago he was caught by one of
those police cameras that photograph cars entering an intersection as the
light turns red.

It is thoughtful writing and thought provoking reading, as is most of the
stuff written by Eugene. (Unfortunately, he hasn't written anything on
HP/Compaq or on the demise of the e3K, his once favorite system.)
