Hi all,

I was determined to get the search mechanism in place for the threaded
HP3000-L archive this weekend, and I made it with six hours and 16
minutes to spare. (Actually, a bit more than that.) I actually needed to
do this for another list I archive, one that doesn't have the benefit of
archiving on the list server machine.

The link to the search form is on the main threaded archive page at

   <http://www.optc.com/Webbot>

The threaded archive doesn't go back as far as Raven's archives, and it's
edited for spam and some kinds of messages (like test messages and job
postings), so it's technically not a complete record of list traffic.
However, searching the threaded archive retrieves whole threads, which
may be valuable in some situations.
