Hmmm.. the D queue is a good move, two other options may be cost extra
products to help here.  One is HP's Workload Manager and the other is
Lund's Q-xcelerator.  With Workload Manager you could control the amount
of CPU allotted those EZ Reports.  With Q-xcelerator you use bump queue
to drop the EZ Reports even lower (the E queue) after so many
milliseconds are used.
