I know SETCLOCK let's you change the clock, but my hardware clock is off by
1 hour (to fast) from GMT as reported by SHOWCLK.PUBXL.TELESUP. Do I really
have to reboot and run CLKUTIL at the prompt to fix it, or is there another
way? I am on 5.0

Thanks,
