Has anyone out there recently dealt with Ed Splinter and Infocraft?

<rant>

I need to upgrade my OS to 6.0 and I wanted to make sure there were no problems with DE3000 running on 6.0. Easy enough, just make a phone call right?

Wrong! Two weeks of phone calls just about every day has gotten me zilch! Every day I leave a nastier message on the answering machine and I still get no reply.

Are they still out there? The answering machine (the number is area code 360, so it's Wash State) says they are Infocraft and they can't come to the phone right now, so they are still paying a phone bill. And I paid my support bill in July, but it sure as hell ain't getting me much support.

Well, if anyone knows a better way to get hold of these people, it would be greatly appreciated.
