Use the Reflection setting "Allow Exit While Connected" to control logoff
behavior. By default users are allowed to terminate a Reflection session
without logging off. Uncheck this setting to disallow termination without
logging off.

This setting is accessed in the Connection Setup/More Settings dialog.
