RE: FTP User CAPs Change on 6.5 PP3?

Did FTP user requirements change with MPE/iX 6.5 PowerPatch 3? I had
an FTP user ID on my system that on PowerPatch 2 for 6.5, needed only
IA, and ND. After Powerpatch 3, when the user logged in he either
tried to do a GET or a DIR (or something) he got a: 550 UNDEFINED FILE
SYSTEM ERROR. When I added SF capability to this user (who previously
didn't need it) it started working again. The reason I originally did
this was to the user could only do GETs and not PUTs. As a result of
having to fix the user's CAPs, the user can now do both.

Sorry, I could not duplicate a problem with the current 6.5 General
Release patch FTPGD92 installed.
