So have PA-RISC processors.  The point is, the fastest PA-RISC chips
far exceeded the capabilities of the fastest Pentium 2 years ago.  It
is not fair to say that ANY vendor has "made great strides in the last
2 years", when ALL vendors are constantly improving their technology.
