As long as you're not exporting the software to other countries, you're
fine.  If I understand correctly, you can also export to EU countries,
Japan, Switzerland, Australia, and a few other countries. See

Also, 128-bit keys are not breakable by brute-force attacks.  Gavin was
right, if a little blunt.
