3 disk drives, plus (presumably) one tape (DDS?) drive = 4 SCSI devices.
You can add up to two more.

Suggestion...$209 plus shipping (plus $50 for an external box) buys
you a new 4 GB ST34371N disk drive (listed in IODFAULT.PUB.SYS).
(I found the price at http://www.globalmicro.com/ via
a search with www.pricewatch.com).

For that little, you can create an entirely new volume set.

For $335 (plus shipping, and $50/external box), you can get a 9 GB
drive (Seagate ST19171N from "Widgets Inc"). Note: 9 GB requires
5.5 PP6 (I think). 18 GB requires 6.0 (I think), and 36 GB
requires 6.0 PP1 (I'm sure).

Yes, having one path to the volume set instead of 3 means a little
less ability to have simultaneous I/Os, but on the other hand, the
new drive is probably faster than your existing drives.
