I realize the reasons (even though they're kind of silly at this point) for
not having the beta patches that fix the problem on the public ITRC site,
but could something perhaps be done about the fact that the above bad
patches are still on the ITRC and they still show up as the latest NMS
patches and are marked as being recommended for installation on all systems?
