Has anyone by chance seen this before...

I have a set of 928's that I want to connect HP Web Consoles to.  The web
consoles have been setup/configured properly, I can get into each one via the
network.  However, when the console cable is connected to the web console and
server, I can not obtain the console screen or functionality.  We have been able
to take this same web console and attach it to 4 other HP3000's in the room,
each of them work fine.  We have a call in to HP, but are not exactly getting
anything from them on this one.  The real kicker is that we also have 2 other
928's over seas, same configuration all around, we have web console attached to
them and they work fine.  Any help anyone can provide on this would be
appreciated.  The only configuration difference I could find was the device type
within sysgen for the console ldev 20, I made it match the international 928's,
but this didn't help.
