In my dbupdate of the Tuboimage/XL FAQ I came across the DBTPIINFO
intrinsic. Apparently it is currently for version information only. But it
would work nicely as extensions if DBERROR and DBEXPLAIN could call it for
*unknown* errors if TPI was enabled.
