Hi Paul :)
    You might want to check your cabling... and see if any changes were made
when you moved to the 979... We saw this about 6 weeks or so ago... and
found that the 3k's had been moved from a switch to a hub... and that was
causing the slowdown!

    After moving the cable back to a port on a switch the upload/download
time went back to normal.... ie back to 7 or 8 minutes rather than 6 hours!

    This was an inadvertent "oops" on our part as a contractor was rewiring
some areas of our building as a conversion from Terminals to PC's and since
nothing was labelled mistakenly thought that the cable to our 3k's was a
cable going to a network printer ... something that could be on a hub...
