Sounds like time delay on status check for terminal on block mode, or block
of
data from here to Korea got dirty and request resend, check TCP/IP buffer
size?
ping IP address for buffer size V/3000 requirement and measure how long it
takes
from here to there, via virtual circuit connection to find out best route in
WAN cloud
....
May be time delay on remote site or resize View screen to not to send Big
Chunk
of data to minimize problem, Or Client / Server Application(?).
