Since we have 3 users on a 917 we don't need to upgrade to a 918 or beyond -
but will have to be checking other companies for maintenance contracts.
Ideal is big in the Sacramento, CA area; anyone know of others? All we need
is 24 hour response.

I don't understand why HP wants to dump us; they made nothing but money off
our system - a tribute to its reliability.
