I believe the popular way to store images in a database is with a datatype
of BLOB or it's variants. I don't think this is supported by Image. A
common method to overcome this while retaining Image is to put the image in
a file (TIFF, JPEG) into a file and maintain an index in the Image database
to that file. Does Allbase support BLOBs? Didn't I read that some kind of
Binary Large Object (one really long record) record type is now supported
under MPE?
