Good news !
Following James's comment on STDLIST and OUTCLASS
I have tried changing the jftpstrt file to
run ftpmon;stdlist=$NULL
This appears to work !
Any suggestions what to do with MPE 6 which uses inetd to start ftp ?
It would also appear my estimate of the number of ftp sessions per day was
way low.
There is one every 5 minutes plus one for every transaction sent to a HTTP
server. This was 800 lines in about 6 hours.
Some of the machines are a bit low on disc space !
