We sell two different pieces of software that should do the trick.

JetForm Central - Will generate barcodes on PCL, Postscript, Canon, and
Zebra printers.  It's multi-platform, and there's an HP3000 version.

Fantasia - Will generate barcodes on PCL based printers and is a bit more
HP3000 specific.  It's probably easier to integrate with an already
existing HP3000 application.

Of course they both do lots of other wonderful things besides barcodes, but
I'd better not clutter the list with ALL the amazing things you can do with
