Thanks Joshua Johnson!

This solution seems to have worked. This option for the PTYPE was not in the
NBSpool manual so I would have never have guessed that it would have worked but
it did! Just one small point of clarification is that according to the Intel
Web Page the Ptype should be 2501. I tried 2501 and it worked but that does not
mean that 2503 would not have worked.

Again, thanks to Joshua Johnson for solving a problem I was hitting my head
against.

The method for printing to that printer using NBSPOOL is as follows:

Add the Netport to your network directory or your host file or DNS.
Then in NBSPOOL type:

MOVE/COPY <subset> to <directory node name>;ptype=<tcp port number>

I believe the tcp port number for the serial port on a Netport Express is
2503 but I am probably wrong. You can look on Intel's web site or call
technical support to get the correct port number. I know it does work I used
it for awhile. Now we are on 5.5 and using network printing through the OS.
Another note do not use non JetDirect devices to print fromt the 3000. If
you are a HP shop and especially using 3000's always buy HP printers with
JetDirect cards/servers it will save you a lot of hassle in the long run.
Hope this helps.

Sincerely,
Joshua Johnson
