By no means a JSP expert, I did a little Googling on the subject and ran
across this snippet from a Wrox book
(http://www.stardeveloper.com:8080/articles/display.html?article=2000081101&
page=1) It seemed to explore the area you're talking about.
Now Wrox recently went under and Wiley picked up some of their titles but
not all (http://p2p.wrox.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=268). So, I don't know how
difficult it would be to find some Wrox titles. I've seen no shortage at
Borders. There's a bunch available used at Amazon
(http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/stores/offering/list/-/1861003625/used
/ref%3Dbuy%5Fpb%5Fu%5F/002-9445844-0773631) but the publish date is 2000.
I'm not sure if JSP 2.0 (http://www.jcp.org/en/jsr/detail?id=152) affects
the discussion, but it's still fairly new.
FWIW,
Mark W.
