Just found this out.  Trying to figure out how to prevent this when we
upgrade our
other systems to 6.5.

There is a known problem where the pred Install job causes HPINSTAL to
abort.

 This is fixed in OSPLXY9, just released, its NOT in PP2 or PP3

Details of the abortJAGad90811 (8606-221677) - HPINSTAL update causes
INSTERR #23

"CAUSE: The cause is the FOS installation job for Predictive:
I01I779A.USL.SYSwhich runs before the IHFLXD2C installation job. The FOS job
incorrectly purges  the following files needed by the patch job:
PSDBUP.PRED.SYS PSDBUP2.PRED.SYS  PSDBUP3.PRED.SYS PSDBUP5.PRED.SYS "
