My company made such a move from Toronto to Kansas several years ago.
The only thing I could find on it was the customs requirements. I wasn't
here then, and the files are a bit sketchy on details.

we recently moved a system from northern california to southern
california.
because the system was under hp support, hp actually coordinated the
move.  from
our perspective, everything was straight-forward and it went quite
well.            - d
