While I don't have an XL subroutine that can be called from Speedware,
you can pick up an md5sum NMPRG as part of the "GNU textutils 2.0" port
at http://www.editcorp.com/Personal/Lars_Appel/index.html -- you might
be able to customize the appropriate source file to create an RL or XL
subroutine (or simply link the object file) for your needs.

However, as Steve D mentioned, you only can calc MD5 hashes, not decode.
