I have a problem testing formspec for current date,
when setting JCW Vsetnextcentury  to any value.  When
I set vsetnextcentury to 2 or 3, all the 2000 dates
work correctly including leap years,  but any
processing done for 1900s the screens do not respond.
If I don't set vsetnextcentury to a value current
dates work correctly, but all the 2000s leaps do not.
I don't know enough about Vplus to understand what is
happening.  Can someone please shed some light on this
problem for me?
