Shortly coming to your town everywhere...we have them all over the place in Oz. A$7 to get a copy of your picture if you want to dispute its you, to add insult to injury. If it's a company vehicle, and the company cant/wont get somebody to put their hand up for the offence, the vehicle  has its registration suspended until somebody owns up. On the major interstate north out of Melbourne, they take pics at certain places, and then again 100-200miles north, and calculate average speeds, and send out tickets where the average exceeds the limits.
