: Can anyone tell me the location?  I assume it is on ftp.microsoft.com but

try this:
 
ftp.microsoft.com /pub/peropsys/windows/tcpip/WFWT32.EXE
 
This is a self extracting file.  Run it in it's own directory and then
install it using the Newtork Setup program and add an "unlisted driver".  It
works pretty well.  I have been using this version since January and its
predessors since early last year.
