   I have to concur.  My first intro to Telmon was a class set up by my then
   employer Betsy Leight of OCS with Ross as the instructor.  I still have
notes
   from that class, circa mid-80's, and occasionally reference them when
reading
   about telecom issues with the hp3000 on this list.

   Both Randy and Ross bend over backwards to both provide answers and put
   them into (in my case much needed) lay-terms.
   I've enjoyed working with them and their staff from the onset.
