You need power tools, lots of consultants, lots of CPU, lots of
disk, lots of downtime, and especially lots of money.  It is little
wonder why there are IT staff shortages.  Oh, and take a word of
advice from one who's been there and done that: buy a new box
instead of updating the operating system after you move to Unix.
