Joseph,

When hpfopen returns a CCG this indicates that the file was opened, but
your requested AOPTIONS were not granted. Call fgetinfo and see what the
actual AOPTIONS are. You'll have to play with the way you open the file
to get it compatible with the way the PERL script opens the file.
