Apparently this unidentified individual has not seen any of
our published announcements, advertisements or visited our web
site since November'2001.  The message has been consistent and
I would hope clear, that we'll be there to assist/support our
customers as long as they need us.  And for those customers
electing to migrate to other platforms, we've put together an
offering to help ease this decision and its financial impact on
their business by providing them an exchange program for comparable
functionality in our NORAD Open System tools.
