Hi fellow listers !

I've got an error number -31995 when attempting to start the ARPA
Allbase/Net listener. The only reference I found on the HP ESC database is
this document :

It describes pretty well what the error is and when it happens.
Unfortunately, it does not help me much. According to what's in there,
everything IS normal and the listener should start OK.

Anyone else got that error ? TIA for the help.
