While I'm all for marketing, putting the explanation point behind the
"Roman-9" character set is a bit much :-)!

The only difference between the Roman-8 and Roman-9 sets is that the Euro
symbol now resides at the decimal 186 position instead of the international
currency symbol which is in that position in the Roman-8 set. Otherwise,
everything else is the same. There's only one character difference between
the two sets!

None of this is to say that the Pocket Guide is not an extremely valuable
tool to have in your desk, however. Rather, this is more to give Paul some
trouble for his use of explanation points!
