Very much so. The must useful by far would be the proposed HPDATECONVERT
intrinsic especially as it would apparently work with the strange MM3000
dates.

Nither option is ideal. Perhaps a century could be determined by
examination of the 2 digit year. Less than 50 = 20, otherwise 19. After
a few years into the 21st century it could be changed to use HPYYYY.

Not by us. We store all our dates in a "sortable" format.
