oops, when did HP add Pascal to buldjob2?!!!!!!!!!!

IMHO this is a rather large security issue since most HP3000 systems rely
heavily on udc configurations for system and application security. Also of
note is that I didn't see anything in the Pascal source that couldn't be
done in a CI script! This also confirms the rather cryptic 'Pascal like'
nature of BULDACCT which IMHO is a critical disc management utility.

An alternative would be UDCUTIL.PUB.TECHXL I have used this in the past but
I didn't mention it since on my system I got:
 *** Operating system revision level incompatibility ***
*** This program not checked out for new revlevel   ***
