I'm talking to a customer this morning who reinstalled their machine over
the weekend (Series 950 on 6.0) and after a hang this morning, the system
fails with a SA 615 as it is coming up, apparently due to PERFLOG being
inaccessible. It gives a file label error referencing LDEV 0 for the file
just beforehand. I think the problem is that one of the disk drives is not
working, and good old PERFLOG ended up migrating to that drive during their
reload.

Short of fixing the bad disk or doing a reinstall, does anyone know of a
convenient way to nuke perflog without being able to get the system up?

Tnx.

G.
