Installing more memory into 932

     One of our clients recently tried to add 32Mb (to an already installed
     32Mb) in their 932.  Upon rebooting, they rec'd an unexpected trap
     error.  The memory is HP memory, and is in the correct slot.  I've
     been told that they may need to update their PDC.  Does this sound
     like a likely cause?
